Application submission rules
When submitting an application for accreditation to ARQA, you must provide the following documents in electronic format:
- Completed application form;
- Scanned copy* of the license to conduct educational activities;
- Scanned copies of annexes to the license.
*Note: Scanned copies of documents must be readable.
Multi-page documents must be sent as one file.
When filling out an application, all the fields must be completed. The application must be printed on paper with an educational organisation's official letterhead, and must also be stamped and signed by the head of the educational organisation applying for accreditation.
Complete application package must be sent to the following email address office@arqa.kz in one letter. The subject of the email must be as follows: "Accreditation application from "Name of the educational organisation".
Applications with incomplete document packages will not be reviewed.

When applying for an independent expert position, you must fill out a application form and send a signed scanned copy to the following email address office@arqa.kz. The subject of the email must be as follows: “Completed form for the position of an ARQA external expert”. The scanned copy must be readable and in PDF format.
